By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Aixle is an agentic software development lifecycle (SDLC) platform that enables AI agents to execute stages of the software development process. The Service includes agent session management, workflow orchestration, code execution in isolated containers, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-abusive activities
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all code, files, and content you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Service

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Aixle and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

6. AI Agent Sessions

• AI agent sessions run in isolated containers for security and reproducibility.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving the output of AI agent sessions before deploying to production.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated code or outputs.
• AI agent outputs may be subject to the terms and licenses of the underlying AI model providers.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services (e.g., GitHub, AI model providers, container registries). Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing details, billing terms, and payment conditions will be communicated through the Service or a separate agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aixle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
